  Flexibility, meeting people and seeing them fairly regularly. I chose the days I want to work and my rota is made accordingly. I often have to problem solve, but there is always the back up a phone call away if needed.

  Worst thing

  Rota changing at last minute but I can understand this. Not being told all the information I would like about a client, the job or a situation.
