    There are apprenticeship and educational team to help you progress, it is a bit miss managed but opportunity is there.

    Worst thing

    Management, nepotism and racial divide is prominent in this trust. There fore having the ability to progress, or wanting to learn is difficult. It is a toxic work enviroment.
