    The residents. They are lovely and make everything worthwhile. The only reason I haven’t left is because of them.

    The managers speak to people like dirt and patronise you if you are younger than them. Constantly working short staffed because management refuse to pay extra for agency, I never take my full break and I feel berated if I do take my break. Always pressured to pick up extra shifts but the management will never join the carers on the floor if we are short. The senior carers sit in the nurses station all day chatting to the nurses while everyone else does the donkey work.
