Best thing
No day is the same and so much scope for job progression. Lots of supportive colleagues and freedom to explore different methods of teaching and learning in early years.

Worst thing
The staffing crisis putting so much pressure on the staff team and so not being able to get time off to have appointments or to book annual leave. Unclear job roles sometimes make the line blurred between myself and the deputy manager which is difficult.
