    We get verbally abused on a daily basis, customers have zero respect for the staff, we don't get paid anywhere near our worth, we don't even get 2 days off at Xmas as we are back open on boxing day, zero family time after making them a fortune right up to the death on xmas eve...the list goes on!

    The pay is way behind other stores. Stores also have a limit to how much they can spend on toiletries, PPE etc.. Ranging from £10 a week to larger stores around £30 I believe.

    Managers treat certain staff differently.
    Managers also make personal remarks that don't involve them.
    Store is ridiculously hot even in summer.
    Management spend most of there time in the office. Including the customer service, replen and floor managers whom should be amongst the workers ensuring all is going smoothly.

    Change times how the like with no notice except through app. They don't ask.
    Have plenty of hours beginning of week then low sales result in hours dropping to basic
    Main managers not helping you just expecting night shift to make things perfect when not enough hours or people. Then its all our fault when you can in no way get it done.
