    Change of jobs last minute via office staff.

    Difficult customers due to office staff not arranging correct vehicles and we get thrown in deep endto deal woth office hiccups as face of company we have to deliver car that insurance company advised not what we state .

    It’s easy to leave what happened at work at work as there’s no continuity as in you aren’t assigned certain customers its just doing what you can on that particular call

    Worst thing

    Micromanagement- feeling like every second is counted and that if you take longer than 3 mins after a call to sort anything you get a call pressuring you to go back in so it’s hard to feel like you do a good job. The company itself isn’t very good so customers aren’t very happy and you’re often expected to stay late with no say in the matter- if you finish a call 5 mins before your shift ends you’re expected to take another one and they can take up to 40 mins so hard to have a social life after work

    Working as part of a team while are working towards the same goal, the bonuses that can be earned, friendships and opportunity to progress to higher levels.

    Lack of communication, being expected to provide the same level of service to customers as pre pandemic times when current climate and varying factors show this cannot be upheld currently.
