    Supporting the guys In developing skills to live independently, and to take them out to do everyday things and seeing them smile and be happy.

    Worst thing

    The contracted hours I put in, and the overtime I do, just to make a decent wage to survive, and as soon as I'm off sick because I'm run down, I'm treated like I've let the team down by head office, and I feel very unappreciated.
