I am paid differently compared to people at the same level as me. I am paid less than people I train/teach. I work more hours than is expected so I can get ahead of the workload.

Timed, narrow and crowded aisles/drop off areas, constant tannoy announcements, very hot in summer and freezing in winter, lots of floor and zone movements, broken/damaged/missing equipment, not enough equipment, constant searches, attitude of others, stuff all over the floor
