    Not much to be fair , possibly the work colleague banter

    Worst thing

    Not feeling valued , always being rushed , not enough front line workers to do the jobs so they put the pressure on the existing relevant trade workers , always guilty , managers who don’t know how to managed properly and they don’t seem bothered really , inspectors seem to have no building in depth building knowledge or experience so jobs tend to cut corners or never be first time fix.
