    Local store, only short drive and free parking. The part time hours suit my work/ life balance. I am not pressured by management, can work on my own and be left to it. The job feels secure. They have good work ethic report system. They are diverse in staff employees.

    Not very good money. Work load is hard, small team, need more staff, other colleagues not working as hard and not being pulled up on it. Managers show favoritism to each other. Sometimes shop is managed by bosses who do not fill you with confidence they know what they are doing.
