    Best thing

You get treated like family in your department. Everyone looks after one another and your line manager is easy to get on with, having empathy and compassion for their staff.

    Worst thing

Our store is like a training centre for store managers, so we tend to get new managers every so many years. The bad thing about this is that the management styles are all different and some are to big for their boots.
