Best thing
Driving, hands off management after probationary period.
Worst thing
Inflexible and unreliable computerised system and equipment being frustrating to use, or obstructive to performing the task in hand.
Said equipment not being correctly set up, and staff not being proficient in its use causing more obstruction.
The drivers taking up the slack for poor performance in other departments.
Unpaid breaks add insult to injury on top of poor rate of pay in the first place.
Statistics over quality service, and no incentive for drivers who are genuinely responsible/don't damage vehicles/are team players.
