    Bad management , under staffed , no one you can talk to if you have problems , if you do nothing gets sorted . Communication is none existent. Poor pay , not getting your breaks . They insist you have breaks and you should take them utility never happens . They have posters up etc about you mentalk health and well being being but don't actually help you .

    Erratic break times,often set 30-60 mins after shift starts or before shift ends.30min dinner break rarely given at a time most would consider reasonable. Today I did 7.5hr shift without any breaks whatsoever. Mentioned to manager but no action taken.

    The drivers taking up the slack for poor performance in other departments.

    Unpaid breaks add insult to injury on top of poor rate of pay in the first place.

    Statistics over quality service, and no incentive for drivers who are genuinely responsible/don't damage vehicles/are team players.
