  • Best thing

Only good thing is we get paid weekly, and bebifit from free travel, one pass for employee, and another for someone else who resides in the same household over the age of 18

    Worst thing

Everything else, bad management, bad facilities, buses are not manitained, and not road worthy, shifts are damaging to health, due to the shift pattern. fatigue is bad, controllas harras drivers, you can't choose your own holidays, can't get time off if needed, you don't get paid sick pay unless you have worked for 3 years in service, your paid a low wage untill you complete 5 years in service, diffrent rates of pay, depending on contract, the union are useless they don't fight for the drivers. During the pandemic, they didn't support drivers, and they withhold information in regards to people who you have been contact with, who have been tested positive. The list is endless, and wouldn't recommend anyone to work there, and if you have a young family I do highly recommend you do not work for arriva, they do not accommodate for family orientated people, when you jokn arriva your life, becomes no longer yours,
