Angling Direct job reviews

  • Best thing

    Get paid on time

    Worst thing

Massive pressure and stress. Clueless upper management. Under staffed. Micro management and no understanding of store operations from upper management, creating pointless additional task that stops you doing your actual job. Nigh on impossible so called bonus scheme engineered to be unacheivable. Made to work beyond paid hours. Rarely get chance to get a lunch break due to lack of staff. Work life balance absolutely horrible.
