Best thing
I really enjoy the service side of things. Every time you get a call it's a different request and therefore it's never monotonous.
Worst thing
There is no support for agents during certain times of the day. We're expected to deal with extremely stressful situations for very little money. Dealing with other people's thousands of pounds every day and making massive sales for little to no reward. The survey system they have in place makes sure you have to work super hard to get a bonus and sometimes you might not even get one because you get poor surveys attributed to you when they're clearly speaking about the company as a whole. Clear big corporation tactic to not pay bonuses to their employees

Bonuses incentivise you to miss breaks. Communication between departments could be better
