Making sure that the patients are getting home, when asking for help from the manager, they will try and sort something out.

When you need to change your shift as you might be needing that day off as you may have something on that day that you could of forgot to book off and you asked if you can swap with someone the management won't help you. Under valued too

The role is really rewarding. You also get a decent wage. NHS Discount is sometimes a godsend. Support when getting really upsetting calls

Bad management. Poor communication. Sometimes you just have to get on with calls sometimes even after some upsetting calls. They offer you to go outside for a walk, but 9/10 you continue on because there are calls waiting
