Best thing
online portal makes day to day easy at work & any questions are answered fairly quickly,
im left alone - ive never seen anyone at all from the company since i started 😂Worst thing
lack of traning tbh! i was just told to start work! theres obviously a set of site instructions which you should always read thoroughly & sign but theres also an onsite tablet to report things on that i had to find the logging on codes etc myself - all in all im happy that im left to my own devices but it still would be nice to actually see sombody from the company!!...its like i work for M.I.5 or something 😂😂🤦

Best thing
Regular hours and a rota I can see for several months
Worst thing
Repeatedly put down by manager, low rate of pay for increasing workload, restricted in duties, daily changes forced to implement without proper/written instruction.
