    Small team, the people on my team are easy to speak too. I spend 3 days a week working at home.

    Worst thing

    Unable to take flexi holidays if urgently needed. Only allowed 3 people off at once, if you’re sick difficult to be off sick. A lot of change but no communication, difficult to book a Monday or Friday off. A lot of favouritism in the work place
