  - can go from being very quiet to full capacity very quickly, hard to manage
  - aggressive parents and travellers
  - some managers can try and cut your hours short after you've worked (you might work 5 hours but for some reason it gets trimmed down to 4 hours 45 minutes)
  - very tricky to get hours unless you are seen as good enough in the eyes of the mangers
  - quite a lot of pressure in the job
  - hard to manage sometimes
  - feels very 'budget'

  Discount on food and drink.

  Managers ignore you constantly, health and safety concerns are disregarded, never given shifts or they’re always cut, pay doesn’t reflect the amount of effort that is put into the job.

  pay is good as long as you do enough hours
  staff are nice, most are under 20 so always someone your age to talk to

  customers can get really rude at times, not listening
  spend a lot of time sorting disputes between kids
  really busy and loud, can get hard to cope if over capacity which is a lot on weekends/school holidays

  No progression even though I’ve been promised countless times. Feel undervalued and when I am given extra tasks, I get no monetary reward.
