Overall the work is good and engaging, there can be variety if you want it or the same thing day in, day out if you want that also. It’s clear progression is wanted throughout the company.
Worst thing
Progression can be hard to come by and decisions can be made based on favouritism for employees. Sometimes managers can be overwhelmed by the pressure for production and attempt to speed jobs up, this is counteracted but unnecessary in the first place.
