Before corona virus it is very straight forward, you get to meet new people, learn new games, play bingo and be part of what feels like a bit of a community centre.

Seeing people with gambling problems and not being able to help the way i would like to. Communication could be better and it can be pretty dull when there are no customers, you cant sit down and you have to be available during breaks.
