  • Best thing

The benefits and it's a good company to have on your cv

    Worst thing

Company is too large and too many people with very specific roles. Other departments don't speak to each other

    Adidas Employee, August 2023

  • Best thing

    The people/team

    Worst thing

    Management and lack of progress

    4.6

    Adidas Employee, July 2023

  • Best thing

Uniform allowance, discounts and life insurance/pension

    Worst thing

Be working hard multitasking and a manager will ask for something else as if you can do 4 peoples work at once.

They do a probation and rate you poorly intentionally at the start to everyone and then raise it slowly over the 3 reviews they do, this is so disheartening and demotivating when you have worked so hard to not have it reflected in review. I even challenged this to which they said it doesnt matter and its just a waste of time.

    Adidas Sales assistant, May 2022

  • Best thing

    30% off in store

    Worst thing

They put us on random shifts (no schedule). Put us on shifts when we have already said we can’t work them. Don’t give us an option to accept over time, we just have to do it, then when we ask for time off or change out availability they say no even if we have already completed our contracted hours. The managers let some staff get away with things that others can’t because they’re friends. The managers don’t speak to us with respect at all. They expect us to do 100 jobs at once and it’s never good enough. One manager tells you to do one thing and the other tells you another. When you did what your told it’s wrong and not good enough. The management is so poor!
