    Worst thing

Incompetent management, very poor IT,little to no interdepartmental communication leading to customer dissatisfaction and disappointment on a daily basis.A strong blame culture that goes unchallenged and no prospect of it being sorted.A flawed business plan that is failing both customers and staff in equal measure.Despite the figures looking good ( due to COVID-19 pandemic and the fact they have deep pockets to buy plant ) this is a very poorly managed company and would urge you not to join.
