B&Q is to increase by 8% to a minimum of £10.60 an hour for their hourly pay for staff from April 2023.
DIY retailer B&Q has announced they are increasing their minimum wage from April 2023 to £10.60 for workers outside of London and to £11.85 for those woking inside London.
According to the Breakroom community, B&Q is currently rated 6.4 by Breakroom members.
The pay increase comes as Screwfix also announce that they are increasing their hourly pay by 8% in April.
Other employers who have recently announced pay increases for hourly staff include; Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Asda and Tesco.
