Betfred Retail Customer Service have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.

Based at our Head Office, in Birchwood, this interesting role will provide support to the Customer Service team by ensuring that Betfred customers receive a professional and friendly experience, delivering the Betfred brand to all our customers.

The post is 40 hours per week and a permanent contract, full training is given and there are opportunities for external qualifications. The shifts are 8 hours, 5 days over 7, and from 8 am to 10 pm. Applicants must be over 18
