schuh recruit from 16 and the average age of their in-store teams is 21.
Do staff have to wear a uniform when working at schuh?
The only uniform requirement is that you need to wear shoes from brands that are stocked in schuh. But you'll get a healthy discount and an allowance to make sure you're always on brand.
Do you get good notice of shifts?
schuh told us they try and give their staff at least two weeks notice or more of their shifts. They also have a staff app that enables staff to pick up extra shifts and request changes and holidays. This is what schuh staff told us about their shift notice.
