The Government has just announced the National Living Wage for those over 23 will rise from £9.50 to £10.42 in April 2023.

However, you don't have to wait till next year to earn over £10.42 as companies such as Bill’s, Ocado and Amazon are paying more and hiring in Birmingham right now.

In fact, all of the following companies are currently hiring hourly staff and paying over £10.42

Some of the employers currently hiring include Costa Coffee who are hiring for a Barista Maestro and are paying £10.53 - £11.53 per hour.

Lidl is also hiring in Birmingham after last month increasing their entry-level rates from £10.10 to £10.90.

Employers currently hiring in Birmingham include Amazon, Jet2 and Shake Shack who are hiring for Restaurant Team Members and paying £14.00 per hour.
